Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: ₹50 per order.
Free Shipping: Orders above ₹3,000 qualify for free shipping.
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you place your order.
We currently offer shipping within India only.

Order Confirmation

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will see an order confirmation on the website along with your order number. You will also receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.

If we are unable to process your order for any reason, our customer support team will contact you using the contact details provided with your order.

You can also check your order status through your My Account section on the website.

Order Processing & Shipment

Orders are processed after successful order confirmation and payment, where applicable.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the available tracking details. You can use the tracking information to follow your shipment through the respective courier partner.

Please note that tracking information may take some time to become active after the shipment has been handed over to the courier.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the product, availability, and delivery location.

The applicable estimated delivery timeline will be mentioned on the product page, wherever available. Orders being delivered to remote or difficult-to-reach locations may require additional time.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other logistical disruptions.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will generally make attempts to deliver your order to the address provided at checkout.

Please ensure that the shipping address, phone number, and other contact details entered while placing the order are accurate and complete.

If a shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, recipient unavailability, or other issues at the delivery location, the package may be returned to us or held by the courier for further instructions.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a shipment needs to be re-dispatched due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Change in Shipping Address

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

We will try to accommodate address-change requests before the order is shipped. However, once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address or redirect the shipment.

Please note that address changes are subject to courier and order-processing limitations.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

We take care to ensure that orders are properly packed before dispatch.

If your package appears to be damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please avoid accepting the package where possible and contact our customer support team immediately.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and clear photographs/videos of the package and product, so that we can review the issue and assist you.
